Mobility Fusion is a full-body movement class that combines mobility training, core stability, yoga, and primal movement to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your overall well-being.
Designed for all fitness levels, this class increases flexibility, strength, balance, and joint mobility while improving posture and reducing stiffness. Each session is synchronized with your breath and finishes with a relaxing cool-down.
Modifications are provided for all levels, including pre- and postnatal participants. It’s also an excellent class for climbers and athletes looking to improve mobility, stability, performance, and recovery while reducing the risk of injury.
