This class is designed to experience the unique combination of traditional Reformer exercises and deep stretching under load.
The first half of the class focuses on classic Reformer movements to build strength and stability.
In the second half, you’ll experience deep, sustained stretches enhanced by the Reformer’s resistance, allowing for a more profound release and greater muscle elongation.
