This prenatal class is designed to support you during your prenatal leave, focusing on movements that help relieve lower back discomfort, improve pelvic mobility, and prepare your body for birth and postpartum recovery. Use this special time of your pregnancy to move with intention, ease tension, and connect to your changing body.
What to expect:
- Gentle pelvic mobility exercises (pelvic tilts, circles, hip openers) to support the lower back and promote comfort
- Lower-body mobility and strength for hips, glutes, and legs to support posture and daily movement
- Upper-body and arm strengthening (shoulders, back, arms) to build the strength you’ll need to carry, hold, and care for your baby
- Safe core engagement and posture awareness adapted for pregnancy
- A calming final breathing practice and guided meditation to relax the nervous system and connect with your baby
